Why

The library has an operating biannual budget of 3.4 million dollars. Compare that to the police budget of 7.7 million dollars. The library does nothing to help the community or make it any safer. As someone who has lived in Sandy since 1979 I or no one I know has ever used the library or been in it. The community could do so much more with 1.7 million dollars a years. At that cost and for no benefit to the community it is an absolute waste of money. With 11320 in Sandy that means everyone would be paying 150 dollars a year for what? The library no longer serves any purpose and is a waste of tax dollars with no benefit to the community. What I love about the library would that it go away!
